The late David Yanir, who founded the firm in 1964, passed away before his time on February 24th, 2005. During his 40 years with the firm, David Yanir worked tirelessly in providing professional and courteous service to his clients. Yaniv's professionalism, his special character and, of course, his constant and unforgettable smile form the cornerstone of the firm and outline its path for the future. After the untimely passing of the partner and founder of our firm, the late David Yanir, CPA – a foundation was established in his memory: The David Yanir Foundation for the Advancement of Colorectal Surgery in Israel.The goals of this foundation are to promote public awareness of the existence of gastrointestinal malignancies and colorectal cancer, preventive measures, surgical treatment and the promotion of colorectal surgery in Israel – the knowhow and medical research.

The foundation has approvals under Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance, entitling contributors to a tax benefit (companies – according to the corporate tax rate and individuals – 35%).
Contributions to the Foundation may be transferred to Mrs. Miriam Meltzer, Adv. who serves on the committee, at the following address:
